We are continuing to see lots of activity with real estate in Tahoe Donner. 29 homes are now in escrow! 7 homes went into escrow just last week. The least expensive home that went pending was listed for $289,900 and the most expensive home was listed for $1.150 mil. 1 home sold in Tahoe Donner last week. It was originally listed for $479,900, on the market for 50 days and sold for $425K. The original list to sales price was 89%. 8 new Tahoe Donner homes came on the market last week. There are now 161 active homes listed – the highest number we have seen all year! The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is now around 18% and there is about 5 1/2 months of inventory remaining (6 months is considered a “normal” market).
