There are now 16 Tahoe Donner homes in escrow. 2 homes sold last week – 1 for $445K, and 1 for $985K. The average original list to sales price was 81% and the average days on market was 121 days. 3 new Tahoe Donner homes came on the market last week. There are now 77 homes listed which is an even lower number than we’ve seen in a long time! The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is currently around 21% and there is just under 5 months of inventory remaining.
