Lots of activity still in Tahoe Donner! 8 more homes went into escrow this past week! The properties ranged in price from $300K range to $1.2 mil. There is now a total of 28 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. 6 homes sold last week in Tahoe Donner – 2 in the $300K price range, 2 in the $500K range, 1 in the $700K range and 1 for almost $1 mil. The average days on market was 98 days and the average original list to sales price was 92%. 4 new homes came on the market last week and there is now a total of 115 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. This is one of the lowest number of active homes we have seen for some time. The current absorption rate around 24% and there is just over 4 months of inventory remaining.
