7 more homes went under contract in Tahoe Donner last week! Tahoe Donner is continuing to see a ton of activity! Most of the homes that went pending were listed in the $400K price range, but 3 were in the $600K-$800K range, and 1 was listed for $1,595,000.  2 condos in the $400 range also went under contract. 4 homes were posted sold in Tahoe Donner during the week of August 23-29, 2009. The homes sold for $335K, $545K, $650K, and $705K. Their average original list to sales price was 90% and their average days on market was 90 days. 27 Tahoe Donner Homes are currently under contract and there are 171 active single family homes listed.
