Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

Quite a lot of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week (June 21-27, 2009). 14 new homes came on the market this past week. There are now a total of 161 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. 8 homes went pending last week! Of the homes that went pending, 1 was listed for $294K, 3 were in the $300K range, 2 in the $500K range, 1 in the $700K range, and 1 in the $800K range. There are now 27 Tahoe Donner homes under contract! 5 homes sold this past week. 2 sold for $460K, 1 for $845K, 1 for $900K, and 1 for $1 million. The average days on market was 136 days. The average original list to sales price was 65% but 1 home sold for above asking price.
