Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

There was quite a bit of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week. 4 homes sold and 7 homes went pending. 3 of the homes that sold were in the $400K-$500K range and 1 was in the $900K range.  The average original list to sales price was 86% and the average days on market was 49 days.  Of the 7 homes that went pending, 6 were listed in the $300K-$600K range and 1 was over $1 million. There are now a total of 19 Tahoe Donner Homes under contract. 11 new homes came on the market this past week. 142 active single family homes are currently listed in Tahoe Donner.
