3 homes went pending and 3 homes sold in Tahoe Donner this past week.  There are now 16 Tahoe Donner homes under contract.  The average days on market for the 3 homes that sold was only 28 days which shows that the homes that are priced well are going quickly! The average original list to sales price for the homes sold was 95% which is a higher number than we’ve seen in Tahoe Donner over the past few months. The price range for the homes that sold was in the $500K – $600K range. 6 new homes came on the market this week in Tahoe Donner and there are now a total of 145 single family homes listed.
