Not a ton of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week (July 5-11, 2009). 2 homes went pending – both in the $400K range. There are now a total of 25 Tahoe Donner homes under contract! 2 homes sold in Tahoe Donner last week – 1 for $890,900 and the other for $925K. They were on the market an average of 457 days with and the average original list to sales price was 68%. 5 new homes came on the market this past week. There are a total of 171 active single family homes currently listed in Tahoe Donner. There is about 7 months of inventory remaining and the absorption rate is currently around 15%.
