Tahoe Donner Mid Year Stats 2008 vs. 2009

The following graphs compare Tahoe Donner mid year stats in 2008 compared to 2009.

The first graph shows the change in median  and average price in 2008 compared to 2009. Both homes & condos have decreased in their median & average sales prices from 2008 to 2009.

The second graph compares the absorption rates in 2008 compared to 2009. April of 2008 was the same as April of 2009, May improved in 2009, and June was a little bit better in 2008
