The first chart shows the price banding for active homes in Tahoe Donner (130 total). The second chart shows the sold properties in Tahoe Donner by price band (12 total homes sold). Last month we saw most of the activity in the $500k and under price range. This month there is a bit more activity in the $700k – $1 million price range.
