There are now 13 homes under contract in Tahoe Donner. For new listings this week - 4 homes, 2 condos and one shared ownership came on the market. There are currently 159 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner and 24 condos. This puts the absorption rate at about 8% and there is about 1 year of inventory remaining.

There are currently 16 homes and 2 condos under contract in Tahoe Donner. There were quite a few new listings this past week - 10 new homes and 2 new condo listings. All new listing were in the $400K-$900K range. There are currently 162 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. 5 homes sold this week - 1 for $490K, 1 for $515K, 1 for $610K, 1 for $690K, and 1 for $765K. The average days on market was 51 days (down significantly from past months) and the average list to sales price was 96%. The absorption rate is now around 10% and there is about 10 months of inventory remaining.
