Truckee Music in the Park

It is officially summer in Truckee and Music in the Park has just begun! This great event is fun for the whole family. Local musicians and bands come out to play in the Truckee Regional Park every Wednesday starting June 16th through August 25th. Concerts go from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Some people like to bring a picnic dinner or a glass of wine to enjoy on the grass while listening to music.
The Truckee Regional Park is located off of Brockway Road just a couple minutes from downtown Truckee. Check out a concert this summer!
Memorial Day Weekend Paddleboard Race

Looking for something to do this Memorial Day Weekend? Here’s a fun event at Donner Lake! This paddleboarding race is at Donner Lake on Saturday, May 29th starting at 9:00 a.m. The distance is 5 miles around the lake. Tickets are $50.00. Truckee Home Show

The 18th annual Truckee Home Show is this weekend! Located at Truckee High School on Donner Pass Road in Truckee. Event is Memorial Day Weekend – May 29-30, 2010. Tickets are $6 and proceeds benefit local schools.
There will be more than 140 displays and everything you’ll need to build or remodel your home in Truckee!

11th Annual Best of Tahoe Chefs

The 11th Annual Best of Tahoe Chefs is this Sunday! 4:30 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton at Northstar. Tickets are $175 each and proceeds go to cancer patients and the Tahoe Forest Health System. Click on the image below for more information about this great event!
