There was quite a bit of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week with home sales. 4 homes went pending and 5 homes sold. There are now a total of 15 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. Of the 5 homes that sold, 2 were in the $400K range, 1 in the $700K range, 1 in the $800K range, and 1 sold for just over $1 million. The average days on market was 100 days and the average original list to sales price was 87%. 9 new homes came on the market in Tahoe Donner this past week and there are now a total of 135 active single family homes listed. The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is currently 11% and there is approximately 9 months of inventory remaining. Sales activity in Tahoe Donner has slowed a bit this past week. For the first time in several months, no homes were posted as sold during the week of March 15-21, 2009. However, 4 homes and 1 condo went under contract. 2 homes were listed in the $300K range, 1 property in the $500K range, and 1 home was listed for $995K. There are now a total of 17 Tahoe Donner Homes under contract. 9 new homes and 1 new condo listing came on the market last week in Tahoe Donner. There are now a total of 139 active single family homes listed. The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is currently 12% and there is approximately 8 months of inventory remaining. The average days on market was 220 days and the average original list to sales price was 86%. 4 homes and 1 condo went pending this past week. There are now a total of 15 single family homes in Tahoe Donner that are under contract. 10 new homes and 2 new condo listings came on the market this past week. There are now a total of 134 active single family listings in Tahoe Donner. The absorption rate is currently around 11% and there is approximately 1 year of inventory still listed.
