The average price was $562,777 and the average days on market was 136. 2 of the homes were REOs and 2 were short sales. 23 Tahoe Donner homes are currently in escrow. There are 85 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. The absorption rate is currently 27% and there is about 3.7 months supply of inventory remaining (6 months is considered a “normal” market). Lots of activity with home sales in Tahoe Donner this past month! 20 homes sold during October 28-November 28, 2010. The lowest priced home sold for $250K and the most expensive home sold for $1,790,000. The average days on market was 88 days. 33 Tahoe Donner homes are currently in escrow. Inventory has come down a bit in Tahoe Donner and there are now 102 homes listed. Last month there were 141 homes on the market. The absorption rate is currently 32% and there is about 3 months supply of inventory remaining (6 months is considered a “normal” market). Home sales are still looking good for Tahoe Donner. 11 homes went pending just last week! There are now 33 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. Inventory is starting to go down a little and there are now 141 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. Just 2 new homes came on the market last week. 2 homes sold in Tahoe Donner last week. The sold prices were $415K and $515K. The homes were on the market an average of 57 days and the average original list to sales price was 88%. The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is now around 23% and there is about 4 months supply of inventory remaining (6 months is considered a “normal” market).
