Lahontan

Lahontan is North Lake Tahoe’s only private gated golf community featuring the Tom Weiskopf 18 hole championship golf course. Lahontan is located just off of Highway 267 near the Truckee airport. There are 509 home sites ranging in size from a half acre to nearly 2 acres in size and nearly 880 acres of open space. Home sites are priced from $185,000 and homes range in price from $1,500,000 to $8,000,000.

Camp Lahontan is a four season recreation center with amenities including a swimming pool, clay tennis courts, and sand volleyball courts. There are miles and miles of trails for hiking and biking in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter. The Lodge at Lahontan includes a full service golf shop and a restaurant. The world class golf course was designed by Tom Weiskopf in the summer of 1998. The 18 hole championship course and nine hold Par 3 course opened in summer of 2001.
