Sierra Meadows is another local favorite made up of mostly fully time residents. It is located in between downtown Truckee and Highway 267. Home sites range in size from a quarter acre to five acres and in price from $390,000 to $1,900,000. Amenities in this area include a swimming pool and tennis courts. There are popular mountain biking and hiking trails located in this private wooded area. Sierra Meadows is a popular favorite because of its central location and secluded mountain feel.
