Ritz-Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton will be located right in between Truckee and Lake Tahoe off of Highway 267 by Northstar. It will be Tahoe’s first 5 star hotel. Ground breaking took place in the Summer of 2006 and the projected finish date is Summer 2009. This ski-in ski-out resort will have 173 rooms with a full service spa. There will be 75 residences at this Ritz-Carlton and 78 fractional ownership residences of the Ritz-Carlton Club. Fractionals will be available as a 1/12 share. Owners here will be able to join the Tahoe Mountain Club.
