Gray’s Crossing

Gray’s Crossing is a new development located just outside of Truckee on Highway 89N. This is a resort community with 101 home sites. Prices for lots start around $200,000 and homes range in price from $1,200,000 to $2,600,000. Homeowners in Gray’s Crossing are able to purchase a membership with the Tahoe Mountain Club. The 18-hole golf course at Gray’s Crossing was designed by Peter Jacobsen & Jim Hardy.
