Donner Summit

Donner Summit is located up Old Highway 40 from the West End of Donner Lake. Boreal and Sugarbowl ski resorts are nearby. Serene Lakes is the largest community at the Summit. Homes here range in price from $450,000 to $1,400,000. Other communities include Kingvale, Pla Vada, Rainbow, Norden, Soda Springs & Cisco Grove. These communities are a bit more secluded and private. Access in the winter can be challenging in some of the areas. Home prices range from $350,000 to $850,000.
