Lake Tahoe North Shore & West Shore 2008 vs. 2009

The following graphs show the number of homes sold on the North Shore and West Shore of Lake Tahoe in 2008 and 2009. The first graph shows that the total number of homes sold in the first three quarters of 2008 was 101 homes. The majority of the homes sold was in the $400K-$499K price range. The second graph shows that the total homes sold year to date in 2009 is 112 homes. The most activity for homes sold this year has been in the $399K range and under. The overall number of homes sold for the same time period in 2009 is up compared to 2008. Click on the images below for enlarged versions of the graphs.
