Alpine, Squaw & Northstar 1st Quarter Graphs

The following graphs show some real estate market numbers for local ski resort areas. The graphs display sold properties for single family homes in 2005-2010.

The first graph shows the number of sold homes for the first quarter for each year. Each resort area has seen an improvement in the number of homes sold this year compared to the past couple years. The number of sold homes in Northstar has gone up the most with 7 homes selling so far this year.

The second graph compares the average price/sq. ft. for homes sold in the first quarter for each year. The average in Alpine Meadows went up a little from last year. The average price/sq. ft. for home sales in Squaw Valley and Northstar are lower than last year.
