There have now been 21 homes that have sold in Tahoe Donner this year. 5 homes went pending last week – 1 was listed for $299K, 2 were in the $400K range, 1 in the $600K range and 1 in the $800K range. There are now 18 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. 6 new homes came on the market last week. There are now 80 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is currently around 23% and there is about 4.4 months of inventory remaining. weishorn Homes are selling in Tahoe Donner! 9 more single family homes went under contract this past week. 3 properties were in the $300K range, 3 were in the $400K-$600K range, and and 3 were in the $700K range. There are now 16 Tahoe Donner homes in escrow. 2 homes sold last week – 1 for $445K, and 1 for $985K. The average original list to sales price was 81% and the average days on market was 121 days. 3 new Tahoe Donner homes came on the market last week. There are now 77 homes listed which is an even lower number than we’ve seen in a long time! The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is currently around 21% and there is just under 5 months of inventory remaining. greenleaf Activity in Tahoe Donner was a bit slower last week, but there are still new homes coming on the market and homes selling. 6 new homes came on the market this past week. There are now 83 single family homes listed in this neighborhood. 1 home went into escrow to make a total of 13 Tahoe Donner homes that are now under contract. 2 homes sold last week - 1 for $238K and 1 for $450K. The average days on market was 96 days and the average original list to sales price was 88%. The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is currently around 16% and there is just over 6 months of inventory remaining.
