15 homes sold in Tahoe Donner during the month of November 2009. The following charts show the break down of the price banding for the sold homes and current active homes. We are continuing to see the most homes selling in the $600K and under price range. There are currently only 95 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. The majority of the homes listed are in the $400K-$600K range and in the $1 million – $1.5 million range.
