We are still seeing quite a bit of activity with home sales in the Tahoe/Truckee area. There are currently 188 properties under contract in our entire MLS. Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

5 homes went pending in Tahoe Donner last week. These ranged in priced from $339K to $1,299K. There is now a total of 36 Tahoe Donner homes under contract! 5 homes sold last week – 1 for $435K, 1 for $625K, 1 for $640K, 1 for $685K, and 1 for $714K. The average days on market for these homes was just 77 days and the average original list to sales price was 93%. 3 new homes came on the market last week to make a total of 144 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner.
