10 more Tahoe Donner homes went under contract this past week! There are now 35 homes in escrow in Tahoe Donner. 4 homes sold during the week of September 6-12, 2009. The homes sold for $470K, $495,100, $550K, and $700K. The average days on market was 66 days and the average original list to sales price was 94%. 2 homes sold for above asking price. 10 new Tahoe Donner homes came on the market last week. There are now 162 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. The current absorption rate is around 23% and there is just over 4 1/2 months supply of inventory remaining. The number of pending homes in our MLS is up! 205 properties in our MLS are currently under contract! This chart shows some of the recent sales activity for the Truckee area this past week (September 6-12, 2009). Many of the individual areas are showing an increase in number of homes pending. 35 homes in Tahoe Donner, 13 in Sierra Meadows & Prosser, 4 in Northstar, 5 at Donner Lake and 10 in Glenshire! Autumn Wine & Food Festival

Homes are flying off the shelf in Tahoe Donner! We saw some of the most activity this past week that we have seen in quite awhile! 9 more homes went under contract and there is now a total of 31 Tahoe Donner Homes in escrow. This is the largest number of pending homes that we have seen in a long time! A total of 7 homes sold in Tahoe Donner last week. The homes ranged in price from the $300K range to $800K range. The average days on market was just 51 days and the average original list to sales price was 92%. 9 new homes came on the market in Tahoe Donner last week and there are now a total of 165 active single family homes listed.
