Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

Quite a few homes went pending in Tahoe Donner last week! The 6 homes that went under contract were in the $300K – $700K price range. There are now a total of 21 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. 3 homes sold last week – 1 for $450K, 1 for $490K, and 1 for $589K. The average original list to sales price was 92% and the average days on market was 119 days. 1 home sold for above asking price. 8 new homes came on the market in Tahoe Donner last week. There are currently 170 active single family homes listed. The absorption rate is currently around 12% and there is about 8 months of inventory remaining.
