Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

This is the largest amount of pending homes in Tahoe Donner that we’ve seen in quite awhile! 7 Tahoe Donner homes went pending just last week. For the first time in quite awhile, no homes were posted as sold for this past week. 12 new homes came on the market in Tahoe Donner. There are now 171 active single family homes listed. The current absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is now 18% and there is about 5 1/2 month of inventory remaining. These are some of the best numbers we’ve seen in months! td-deck_0.jpg 6 more homes went pending in Tahoe Donner this past week! The price range of the homes that went pending was from the $600K price range up to the $1.6 million range. There are now 25 Tahoe Donner Homes under contract. 3 new homes came on the market in Tahoe Donner last week. There are now a total of 167 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. 2 homes sold in Tahoe Donner – 1 for $410,500 and the other for $565K. The average days on market was 109 days and the average original list to sales price was 90%. With 167 active homes in Tahoe Donner and 25 under contract, the current absorption rate is around 15%.
