Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

muhlebach.jpg 7 more homes went under contract in Tahoe Donner last week! Tahoe Donner is continuing to see a ton of activity! Most of the homes that went pending were listed in the $400K price range, but 3 were in the $600K-$800K range, and 1 was listed for $1,595,000.  2 condos in the $400 range also went under contract. 4 homes were posted sold in Tahoe Donner during the week of August 23-29, 2009. The homes sold for $335K, $545K, $650K, and $705K. Their average original list to sales price was 90% and their average days on market was 90 days. 27 Tahoe Donner Homes are currently under contract and there are 171 active single family homes listed. The current absorption rate is around 16% and there is just over 6 months supply of inventory remaining. Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

kitzbuhel.jpg There continues to be quite of lot of activity with home sales in Tahoe Donner. 7 homes sold just last week. The sold homes ranged in price from the $300K range to the $700K range. This price range (especially $500K-$600K) is where we are seeing the mast activity. The average days on market for the sold homes was 60 days and the average original list to sales price was 95%. 4 Tahoe Donner homes went under contract last week. These ranged in price from $399K to $899K. There are now 26 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. 9 new homes came on the market in Tahoe Donner last week to make a total of 176 active single family homes currently listed.
