The second graph shows sales stats in Northstar for the 2nd Quarter (April 1 – June 30, 2009). These numbers also include single family homes & condos and are broken down by sold price (9 total).

These 2 charts break down the active & sold homes in Tahoe Donner for June 2009. They break up the active and sold listings by price for this past month. The first chart shows the price banding for active homes in Tahoe Donner (165 total). The second chart shows the sold properties in Tahoe Donner by price band (17 total homes sold). Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

5 homes sold in Tahoe Donner this last week! 2 sold in the $300K range, 2 in the $500K range, and 1 in the $800K range. The average days on market was 55 days and the average original list to sales price was 93%. 6 homes went under contract last week – 2 were in the $400K range, 2 in the $500K range, 1 in the $800K range, and 1 over $1 million. There are now a total of 27 Tahoe Donner Homes under contract. 17 new homes came on the market last week. There are now a total of 165 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner.
