The average days on market was 57 days, and the average original list to sales price was 89%. 6 homes went under contract last week! 18 Tahoe Donner Homes are now under contract. 8 new homes came on the market last week. There are now 176 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. The absorption rate is currently around 10% and there is about 9 months of inventory remaining. Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

Lots of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week! 11 new homes came on the market and there are now a total of 177 active single family homes. 2 homes went pending – 1 that was listed for $599K and 1 was listed for $699K. 20 Tahoe Donner homes are now under contract. 6 homes sold this past week! The properties that sold ranged in price from $345K to $605K. The average days on market was 73 days and the average sales price was $508,116. There is almost 9 months of inventory on the market now with the influx of new homes now listed. The absorption rate is currently around 11%.
