Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

We saw a big number of homes sold in Tahoe Donner this past week. 6 homes sold during the week of May 31 – June 6, 2009.  2 homes that sold were in the $400K range, 2 in the $600K range, 1 in the $800K range, and 1 over $1 million. The average original list to sales price was 87% and the average days on market was 126 days. 3 homes went pending this past week – 2 in the $500K range and one that was listed in the $900K range. There are now a total of 18 Tahoe Donner Homes under contract. Only 4 new homes came on the market this past week and there are now a total of 148 active single family homes lisetd in Tahoe Donner.
