Tahoe Donner Active & Sold Homes April 2009

These charts break down the active listings and sold listings for single family homes in Tahoe Donner for the month of April 2009. The first chart shows the price banding for active homes in Tahoe Donner (142 total). The second chart shows the sold properties in Tahoe Donner by price band (16 total homes sold). We are seeing more and more activity in the lower price range each month. Click on the images below to see an enlarged version of the charts.

Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

chalet.jpg There was quite a bit of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week. 4 homes sold and 7 homes went pending. 3 of the homes that sold were in the $400K-$500K range and 1 was in the $900K range.  The average original list to sales price was 86% and the average days on market was 49 days.  Of the 7 homes that went pending, 6 were listed in the $300K-$600K range and 1 was over $1 million. There are now a total of 19 Tahoe Donner Homes under contract. 11 new homes came on the market this past week. 142 active single family homes are currently listed in Tahoe Donner.
