Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

 3 homes went pending in Tahoe Donner this week. 1 was listed for $359K, 1 for $755,500, and the other for $1,350,000. There are now currently 21 Tahoe Donner Homes that are under contract. 3 homes sold this past week in Tahoe Donner (February 15-21, 2009). The average days on market for these properties was 145 days and the original list to sales price was 81%. 3 new homes came on the market this week. There are now a total of 135 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. Mail Theft Alert in Truckee

Truckee has recently had some issues with mail theft in the area. There have been reports of stolen mail with credit card statements, checks, and other valuable missing documents. This alert says what to do in the case that mail has been stolen. It is advised that the stolen mail be reported with a complaint form, and that a report be filed with the Truckee police. This alert advises that residents check their mail daily to protect against mail theft.

Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

There was quite a bit of action with home sales in Tahoe Donner this past week.  3 homes and 2 condos went pending.  Of the homes that went pending, 1 was listed for $599K, one for $899K, and the other for $1.695 mil. 1 home was listed as a short sale.  There are now a total of 20 Tahoe Donner homes under contract! 3 homes sold during the week of February 8-14, 2009.  The average list to sales price was 90% and the homes were listed for an average of 121 days.  15 new homes and 2 condos came on the market this week.  There is now a total of 136 active single family homes in Tahoe Donner.  The absorption rate is currently 15% and there is almost 7 months of inventory still listed.  Click on the links for current listed Short Sales in Tahoe Donner and Tahoe Donner REOs.
