Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

There was lots of activity in Tahoe Donner this past week. 6 homes and 1 condo went under contract. There are now 13 homes pending in Tahoe Donner. 1 home sold this past week in Tahoe Donner. It was originally listed for $514,500, on the market for 46 days and sold for $480k. 9 new homes and 3 new condos came on the market this week. There is now a total of 129 single family homes and 26 condos listed. 18 additional homes are listed as short sales. The absorption rate is currently around 9% and there is approximately 11 months of inventory remaining.
