There are currently 159 active single family homes in Tahoe Donner. There were 5 new single family home lisitngs and one new condo that came on the market this week. There are currently 21 homes under contract. Two homes sold since last week. One sold for $445,000 and was on the market for 45 days. The other one sold for $650,000, was originally listed at $779,900 and was on the market for 203 days.

There are currently 158 active single family homes in Tahoe Donner. There was predicted to be a flood of inventory this summer in the Truckee market. We may continue to see more and more properties come on the market as the busy summer season approaches. There are currently 23 homes in escrow. This places the market absorption rate around 15%. Three homes have sold since last week with the lowest priced home at $593,000 and the highest priced home at $1,150,000. The average days on market was 89 days.
